Charlotte brings over 15 years of experience to Essex in loan servicing, real estate finance operations, and business transformation. She excels at turning complex operational challenges into clear, efficient, and compliant processes that deliver measurable results and enhance client satisfaction. By combining process knowledge with practical tools like SQL and analytics, she delivers meaningful efficiency gains and clearer visibility into performance metrics.

Known for being an approachable, detail-oriented leader who builds trust through collaboration and consistency, she takes pride in developing high-performing teams, creating structure amid complexity, and empowering people to take ownership of their work. Her leadership philosophy centers on communication, transparency, and continuous learning.

Charlotte brings experience in loan servicing and tech from companies such as United Bank, Key Bank, SS&C Technologies, and JLL.  An active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Charlotte is currently First Vice Chair of the Commercial mPact Servicing Council and has a passion for empowering and mentoring the next generation of real estate finance professionals. 

Originally from New York City, Charlotte currently lives in Connecticut with plans to relocate to the Denver area in 2026. She loves to read, teach yoga, and be outdoors as much as possible with her goldendoodle Lulu.
